Dear Sir,

We had been agreed in a previous letter about the war between the forces of equipment purchases "KATAK" with kwangwung co.ltd as a provider. Shipping and payments have been implemented on schedule and we have received the goods. However, we found the damage or the equipment is not working properly. As an illustration we conclude equipment damage in several points, namely:

·         Bulletproof Clothes: heated too hot, the settings button is not functioning properly and two shirts with faded color and damaged.

·         An automatic Weapons: often choked or non-current, and five binoculars are very opaque and broken. Finally found bullets distinct sizes as well so that does not work.

The above agreement we agreed, we asked to replace damaged equipment. The damaged equipment will be sent back. The next new equipment as a replacement sent immediately before In December 2015.. The above notification regarding the relationship we hope this cooperation can be shared progress in the field of inter-state relations bilateral. From the attention and openness of this cooperation we thank you.
